We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
rnUltimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
rnResponsibilities
rn• Respond to emails and phone calls
rn• Organize managers’ calendars
rn• Perform market research
rn• Create presentations, as assigned
rn• Address employees administrative queries
rn• Schedule meetings
rn• Book travel and accommodations
rn• Manage a contact list
rn• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
rn• Provide customer service as first point of contact
rn
rnRequirements
rn• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
rn• Excellent time management skills
rn• Solid organizational skills
rn• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
rn• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
rn• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
rn• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
rnHigh school diploma, OND, HND additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant
rn
rnApplicant must have at least 2 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
