Assistant Crew Manager Apapa

A logistics firm is in need of a suitable candidate for this position
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruiting and placement of crew on designated vessels.
Ensure vessels are manned according to stipulated regulations with suitably trained crew.
Headhunting of crew with valid documents as per regulations & certifications
Ability to conduct inductions, pre-joining briefing and signing off debriefing sessions.
Frequent visit to the vessels to disseminate & update crew on company policy and procedures
Conduct interviews and appraisals
Coordinate crew embarkation & disembarkation
Maintain Medical records of crew members
Ability to liaise with government offices
Other duties related to general crewing matters
Requirement
Graduate degree, Human Resource will be an advantage
