Assistant Crew Manager - Apapa

A logistics firm is in need of a suitable candidate for this position
rnResponsibilities
rn Coordinate recruiting and placement of crew on designated vessels.
rn Ensure vessels are manned according to stipulated regulations with suitably trained crew.
rn Headhunting of crew with valid documents as per regulations & certifications
rn Ability to conduct inductions, pre-joining briefing and signing off debriefing sessions.
rn Frequent visit to the vessels to disseminate & update crew on company policy and procedures
rn Conduct interviews and appraisals
rn Coordinate crew embarkation & disembarkation
rn Maintain Medical records of crew members
rn Ability to liaise with government offices
rn Other duties related to general crewing matters
rnRequirement
rn Graduate degree, Human Resource will be an advantage
