Applicant shall assist a higher-level manager and fill in for them when they’re absent. his/her work will be critical in ensuring the team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
rnRESPONSIBILITIES
rnAssist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
rnCoordinate operations
rnEnsure schedules and objectives are met
rnSupervise and motivate staff
rnMonitor operating costs, budgets and resources
rnCommunicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
rnCreate reports, analyze and interpret data
rnDrive recruitment process and training & development
rnSecure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines
rnSKILLS
rnProven experience as assistant manager or similar position
rnExperience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an asset
rnFamiliar with financial and customer service principles and practices
rnKnowledge of data analysis procedures
rnProficient user of MS Office
rnLeadership and organizational abilities
rnAnalytical mind with good math skills
rnInterpersonal and communication skills
rnProblem-solving
rnQUALIFICATION REQUIRED
rnMinimum of OND, HND / Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any specialized related field;
rnMSc / MA will be a plus
