Branch Manager - Ibeju/Lekki

Rooftop Consult requires the services of a Branch Manager to fill in this position.
rnJob Responsibilities:
rnManages sales & expense budget for a sales team in a branch against set targets.
rnResponsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch
rnAccountable for local marketing
rnIdentifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities in corporate, broker and public sector
rnResponsible for external networking & relationship building with key door openers
rnEnsures delivery of customer value
rnManages, develops, appoints & trains marketing officers

rnCompliance:
rnEnsures compliance to process & procedures to minimize business risk.
rnEnsures delivery of customer value.
rnTeam Effectiveness:
rnIndividually accountable for staff time, tasks and output quality, for periods up to one year.
rnBalances own priorities with directing and motivation others.
rnPlans & assigns work over periods of up to 1 year.
rnGuides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.
rnCreates a climate for optimal performance.
rnManages performance.
rnSelects potential staff to sustain customer/client service delivery.
rnMarketing:
rnResponsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch.
rnAccountable for local marketing.
rnRelationship Building:
rnResponsible for external networking & relationship building with key door openers.
rnQualifications and Requirements:
rnB.Sc M.Sc in Engineering and any other relevant field.
rnAdditional qualifications will be added advantage.
