rnRESPONSIBILITIES
rnDevelop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
rnDesign and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
rnEnsure that company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
rnOrganize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
rnSupervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
rnMaintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
rnGather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
rnAssess overall company performance against objectives
rnRepresent the company in events, conferences etc.
rnEnsure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
rnSKILLS
rnProven experience as business manager or relevant role
rnExcellent organizational and leadership skills
rnOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
rnThorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
rnExcellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
rnGood understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
rnApplicants must as Our consultant must be an expert in matters concerning their field. Must have an excellent skill in identifying the cause of problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner.

rnQUALIFICATION REQUIRED
rnMinimum of OND, HND / Bachelor degree in business Management or relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
rnCertification in consulting or field of expertise is an advantage
