Responsibilities

rn Handle cash transactions with customers
rn Scan goods and collect payments
rn Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
rn Redeem stamps and coupons
rn Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
rn Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
rn Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
rn Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
rn Keep reports of transactions
rn Bag, box or wrap packages
rn Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

rnQUALIFICATIONS
rn Applicants must possess a minimum of National Diploma or degree certificate in Business Administration or any related field.Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
