Compensation and Benefit Specialist Ibeju/Lekki

rnDevelop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
rnEnsure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
rnUse various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
rnAssess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
rnPrepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
rn.Applicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
