rn•Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
rn•Understanding of all facets of the construction process
rn•Familiarity with construction management software packages
rn•Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
rn•Competent in conflict and crisis management
rn•Leadership and human resources management skills
rn•Excellent time and project management skills
rn•BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
