rnRESPONSIBILITIES
rnUndertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs
rnMeet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
rnUse interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data
rnConduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
rnPresent and explain findings to appropriate executives
rnProvide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
rnFormulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
rnArrange for or provide training to people affected by change
rnEvaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed
rnReplenish knowledge of industry, products and field
rnSKILLS
rnProven experience as consultant
rnExperience in project management
rnThorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
rnKnowledge of data analysis and research techniques
rnKnowledge of business software and IT systems
rnAbility to develop detailed proposals and plans
rnExcellent organizational and coordination skills
rnAnalytical and creative
rnA great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
rnQUALIFICATION REQUIRED
rnMinimum of OND, HND / Bachelor degree in business Administration or relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
rnCertification in consulting or field of expertise is an advantage
