SUMMARY
rnSupervises and coordinates activities of Electrician and Maintenance Electrician engaged in construction, maintenance and repair of electric power, lighting, and communication systems of buildings, factories, and transportation equipment by performing the following duties.

rnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
rn
rnPlans wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes.
rn
rnInspects wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes.
rn
rnStudies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
rn
rnInterprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
rn
rnInterprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
rn
rnEstablishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
rn
rnRecommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
rn
rnSuggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
rn
rnAnalyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
rn
rnInitiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
rn
rnMaintains time and production records.
rn
rnEstimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.
rn
rnConfers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
rn
rnQUALIFICATIONS:
rn
rnApplicants must possess a minimum of National Diploma or degree certificate in Business Administration or any related field.Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
