MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
rnThe main contact person at the Estates section managing maintenance schedules and coordinating information between tenants/suppliers/landlords/Estate and Security Department and the Technical team.

rnROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
rn
rn.Main point of contact for families regarding estates (housing) issues
rn.Receiving requests for maintenance works.
rn.Scheduling of works and prioritizing them according to urgency. Keeping staff informed of action being taken in their accommodation, including expected timescale for action and completion.
rn.Liaising with contractors and landlords whenever necessary
rn
rnESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
rn.Communication Skills
rn.Computer literacy(Word &excel)
rn.Fluent in English
rn.Must have good customer service skills coupled with an ability to handle difficult customers.
rnDesirable qualifications and experience
rnExperience in working in an International Organisation
rn.Previous experience in estates management
rn.Diploma or degree in a relevant field preferable
rn.Clean and valid driving licence adds advantage
