Event Planner - Ibeju/Lekki

RESPONSIBILITIES
rnApplicant shall :
rn*Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
rn*Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
rn*Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
rn*Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
rn*Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
rn*Organise facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, *invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
rn*Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
rn*Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
rn*Cooperate with marketing, to promote and publicize event
rn*Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
rn*Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
rn*Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
rnSkill
rnProven event management experience
rnImpressive portfolio of previously managed events
rnExcellent time management and communication skills
rnSales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
rnAbility to manage multiple projects independently
rnWilling to submit references from previous clients
rnQUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENT
rnMinimum of OND, HND / Bachelor Degree in Event Management or ANY RELATED FIELD
