The goal is to welcome customers upon entrance and confirm reservations
rnAct as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
rnUnderstand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
rnAcquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
rnArrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
rnAnswer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
rnRespond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
