HR Business Partner - Ibeju/Lekki

The goal is to consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
rnAnalyze trends and metrics with the HR department
rnResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
rnWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
rnProvide HR policy guidance
rnMonitor and report on workforce and succession planning
rnIdentify training needs for teams and individuals.Applicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
