HR Officer - Ibeju/Lekki

You are to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
rnProvide counseling on policies and procedures
rnBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
rnCreate and implement effective onboarding plans
rnDevelop training and development programs
rnAssist in performance management processes.
rnThe goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
