JOB DESCRIPTION:
rnDue to our company expansion, opportunities have been created for graduates to join our organization through our Graduate Trainee Scheme. Successful candidates will be selected to work in our branch office located in Lagos, and in most cases may occasionally travel outside the country for professional training and field work.

rnResponsibilities:
rn• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
rn• Visiting clients to build and develop business relationships
rn• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
rn• Learn to draft and place adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines
rn• Using social media to advertise business, positions to attract other companies and build a relationships with their management.
rn• Using training management databases to match the right person to the branch company.
rn• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates that qualified for a particular job outside country..
rnRequirements and Skills:
rn• Good communication skills
rn• Time management skills
rn• Ability to work with or without supervision
rn• Must possess positive attitude
rn• Emotional intelligence
rn• Capability to motivate others

rnEducation/Experience:
rn• All applicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn• All applicants should have minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR’S DEGREE in the related discipline of this vacant and professional qualification is an added advantage.
