rnPEAK SERVICES is recruiting smart and professional individuals to fill the position of OPERATION MANAGERS in its newly opened branches here in LAGOS STATE. Operations Manager is to plan, direct and coordinate all organisation’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

rnRESPONSIBILITIES:
rnEnsure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
rnChalk out or improve operational systems, processes and best practises that guarantee organisational well-being
rnPurchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
rnContribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
rnRecruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
rnCater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns

rnREQUIREMENTS:
rnProven work experience as operations manager
rnAdequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
rnBudget development and oversight experience
rnFamiliarity with business and financial principles and practices
rnWorking knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
rnBasic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
rnAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
rnLeadership and organisational skills
rnBS degree in operations management or related field.
