rnWe are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

rnResponsibilities
rn
rn Manage all aspects of assigned properties
rn Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
rn Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
rn Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
rn Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
rn Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
rn Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.

rnQUALIFICATIONS
rn Applicants must possess a minimum of National Diploma or degree certificate in Business Administration or any related field.Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
