rnWe are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.

rnResponsibilities
rn
rnUnderstand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
rnDevise and review specifications for products or processes
rnSet requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
rnEnsure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
rnSupervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
rnOversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
rnInspect final output and compare properties to requirements
rnApprove the right products or reject defectives
rnKeep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

rnQUALIFICATIONS
rn
rnApplicants must possess a minimum of National Diploma or degree certificate in Business Administration or any related field.Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
