RESPONSIBILITIES

rnAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
rnDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
rnOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
rnBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
rnPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
rnIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
rn
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn REQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
