JOB DESCRIPTION:
rn*Managing parts of construction projects.
rn*Overseeing building work.
rn*Undertaking surveys.
rn*Setting out sites and organising facilities.
rn*Supervising contracted staff.
rn*Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
rn*Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
rn*Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
rnproviding technical advice.
rn*Problem solving.
rn*Ordering and negotiating the price of materials
rnensuring site safety.
rnKEY SKILLS:

rnQUALIFICATION:
rn*Minimum Bsc in construction, building, or civil/structural engineering.
