rnListen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

rnSKILLS
rnProven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
rnIn-depth knowledge of performance metrics
rnGood PC skills, especially MS Excel
rnExcellent communication and leadership skills
rnOrganizational and time-management skills
rnDecision-making skills
rnQUALIFICATION REQUIRED
rnMinimum of OND, HND / Bachelor degree in relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
