Job Brief:
rnWe are in demand of TECHNICAL TRAINERS to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.
rnTechnical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

rnRESPONSIBILITIES:
rnDevise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
rnProduce training schedules and classroom agenda
rnDetermine course content according to objectives
rnPrepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
rnExecute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
rnArrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
rnKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
rnObserve and evaluate results of training programs
rnDetermine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

rnREQUIREMENTS:
rnProven experience as technical trainer
rnKnowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
rnExperience in designing technical course content
rnAbility to address training needs with complete courses
rnWorking knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
rnOutstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
rnExcellent organizational and time-management abilities
rnDegree in a relevant technical field
