We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
rnIf you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.

rnResponsibilities
rn• Answer queries by employees and clients
rn• Update office policies as needed
rn• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
rn• Book meeting rooms as required
rn• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
rn• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
rn• Maintain and update company databases
rn• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
rn• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
rn• Arrange travel and accommodations
rn• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
rn• Schedule in-house and external events
rnRequirements
rn• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
rn• Attention to detail
rn• Solid knowledge of office procedures
rn• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
rn• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
rn• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
rn
rnHigh school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
rnApplicant must have at least 2 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
