rnResponsibilities
rnManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
rnMonitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
rnEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
rnCoordinate and complete annual audits
rnProvide recommendations
rnImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
rnAssign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
rnMeet financial accounting objectives
rnEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
rn
rnRequirements
rnProven working experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
rnAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
rnAbility to manipulate large amounts of data
rnProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
rnHigh attention to detail and accuracy
