Job Description
rnThe accountant has a well defined role through the
rnaccuracy which he must prove when he records and
rnreports the company's turnover. Based on these reports,
rnthe company's director takes decisions, sometimes final,
rnon the investments and the business development
rnstrategy, so that any mistake of the accountant can bring
rnserious injuries to the company.
rnJob Responsibilities
rnTo register properly the company's financial figures, to
rnlead and oversee the tax and accounting procedures
rnand reporting financial transactions related to state
rnorganizations
rnTo provide all the necessary information for the
rnmanagement decisions taken by the chief financial in
rnrelation to the company's shareholders, customers,
rnsuppliers, banks and other legal entities in accordance
rnwith financial legislation in force
rnRequired experience:
rnGraduate from the School of Economics, Finance or
rnAccounting
rnExperience in accounting and tax
rnVery good knowledge of international accounting
rnGood knowledge of banking regulations
rnFluent English speaker
rnVery good knowledge of computer operating systems
rnin one of the following systems: Wiz Count, Oracle,
rnSAP, Sun, etc.
rnSkills
rnHave accounting management skills
rnAbility to find solutions to solve complex financial and
rntax issues
rnInitiative, communication skills
rnAble to work overtime and with deadlines
rnIncorruptible personality
rnThe ability to have distributive attention

rnMaintaining the financial integrity of the company
rnProviding a strong financial leadership
rn1. Maintaining the financial integrity of the company
rnImplementation and delivery in time of monthly
rnbalance and profit sheet and monthly loss
rnstatement both to companies and authorities
rnSupervision and approval of declarations of VAT,
rnincome tax and other taxes
rnRecording the related accounting operations of the
rncompany's heritage
rnControl of the inventory, collections and payments
rnunexecuted
rnMaintaining the financial statements correctly
rnDevelopment and implementation of internal
rnfinancial control procedures
rnEnsuring all the regulations to adapt the company to
rnthe financial, accounting, legal, tax and contribution
rnregulations
rnOrganizing and maintaining inventory records of
rnfixed assets in accordance with the law in force
rnKeeping the accounting records
rnSupervising the procedures of tax payment and
rnother financial reports, tax and statistics
rnMaintenance of the upgraded information systems
rnin accordance with economical and technological
rnchanges
rn2. Providing a strong financial leadership
rnEstablishing and organizing processes for achieving
rnthe budget, cost control and reduction
rnFinancial assistance for the control of state
rnorganizations
rnCoordination of the implementation of financial
rnstatements
rnCoordination of the implementation of VAT
rndeclarations, the corporation's tax
rnWorking in team with the finance department
