Accounts Payable Specialist - Ikeja

rnWe are urgently looking for a qualified Accounts Payable Specialist.
rnThe ideal candidate must be organized and self-motivated, has a minimum of two years' experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, and possess a very high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
rnIf you have a positive attitude, are good at multi-tasking, have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discretely, and can prioritize your daily workload, this job is for you.

rnResponsibilities:
rnCollect, review and input biweekly payroll data
rnMaintain and update employee payroll data including all deduction, rate and personal data changes Review bills, post to QuickBooks and issue checks accordingly
rnReconcile credit card and bank accounts
rnCreate and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for contracts, invoices, expenses, and payroll documentation
rnMaintain and update capital equipment list
rnOther related duties as needed for the Accounting Department

rnQualifications:
rnBachelor's degree
rnExperience with high volume accounts payable
rnDetail oriented
rnGreat communicator
rnWork well under deadlines
rnUnderstanding of cost accounting
rnIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
rn
