Admin officers duties and responsibilities includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative officers duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

rnAnswer and direct phone calls
rnOrganize and schedule meetings and appointments
rnMaintain contact lists
rnProduce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
rnAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
rnDevelop and maintain a filing system
rnOrder office supplies
rnBook travel arrangements
rnSubmit and reconcile expense reports
rnProvide general support to visitors
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven admin or assistant experience
rnKnowledge of office management systems and procedures
rnExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
rnAttention to detail and problem solving skills
rnExcellent written and verbal communication skills
rnStrong organisational and planning skills
rnProficiency in MS Office
