Branch Manager - Ikeja

rnWe are seeking a branch manager with a high level of accountability and the ability to oversee all operations of a company branch.
rnThe branch manager will be responsible for all operations of their specific division or office, including hiring employees, ensuring proper care of employees, meeting a company's goals and objectives.
rnFurther, the manager will help approve loans and lines of credit.
rnResponsibilities:
rnCoach, develop and manage staff performance to meet or exceed all sales and service goals and objectives
rnPlans and organizes branch outbound sales call efforts, makes outbound calls, and participates in calling efforts during call events
rnConduct employment interviews as necessary
rnHire, train, develop, direct, schedule, evaluate and recommend monetary increases on all branch employees
rnMaintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position
rnDevelop and implement branch business and marketing plans
rnIdentify, investigate and respond to members' concerns
rnPlan branch operations based upon analysis and review of historical and evolving trends
rnAnalyze and determine staffing needs
rnAssist in branch operations as required
