rnThe Brand Support Executive will be expected to
rn
rnDevelop and Implement strategies that will deliver brand vision and objectives.
rnImplement agreed brand activities, measure and evaluate results.
rnManaging new product introductions and launches.
rnPrepare strategic documents for brands and category, to improve the total portfolio of the Company.
rnPrepare briefs to agencies (creative, design, communication and research)
rnDesign/Vet of Brand communication ATL/BTL targeted at consumers/shoppers and trade.
rnCarry out market visits and communicate findings to the team.
rnEnsure good and efficient packaging designs for products managed.
rnEfficient deployment of brand budget, to implement planned activities.
rnDeliver volume & value target and market share growth
rnEffective management of Agency activities
rnProduct Recipe development
rnPackaging development
rnBrand Communication support
rnBusiness Case/Feasibility of new products
rnAny other duty as may be communicated by line manager/supervisor or head of sales from time to time.
rnQualification, Skills & Experience
rn
rnHND or B.sc in relevant field, preferably Marketing Related
rnCompatible with teams
rnComputing Skills (specifically use of Microsoft office)
rnCan drive/operate vehicles
rnSelf-driven and Outgoing
rnA team Player, self driven
rnExcellent Communication skills
rnA minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
