rnCandidate must have held similar positions in established MFBs for a minimum of seven years and must be ready to take up more leadership positions up to MD level.
rnKnowledge of Agric financing is a plus.
rnRequirements
rnThey must have worked in microfinance banks consistently for a minimum of three years and in similar positions.
rnThey must possess leadership and communication skills and ability to process information and data and interpret it coherently.
rnThey must be very hardworking with lots of integrity and ready to take up new challenges.
rnThey must be microfinance banking certified or are presently writing the exams.
