rnOur organization is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

rnMain Job Tasks and Responsibilities
rndeal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
rnrespond promptly to customer inquiries
rnhandle and resolve customer complaints
rnobtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
rnprovide pricing and delivery information
rnperform customer verifications
rnset up new customer accounts
rnprocess orders, forms, applications and requests
rnorganize workflow to meet customer timeframes
rndirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
rnmanage customers' accounts
rnkeep records of customer interactions and transactions
rnrecord details of inquiries, comments and complaints
rnrecord details of actions taken
rnprepare and distribute customer activity reports
rnmaintain customer databases
rnmanage administration
rncommunicate and coordinate with internal departments
rnfollow up on customer interactions
rnprovide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
rn
