Responsibilities

rnMonitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
rnResolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
rnPrepare budgets and approve expenditures
rnAnalyze sales statistics
rnProject sales and determine the profitability of products and services
rnDetermine discount rates or special pricing plans
rnPlan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
rnDevelop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
rnAssign sales territories and set sales quotas.

rnREQUIREMENTS
rnAll applicants should have a minimum of HND/BSc in business and public administration and any other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.Applicant must have at least 2 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
