We are looking for a Finance Clerk to take on various administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing bills and delivering high-quality customer service.

rnResponsibilities
rn
rnProcess bills, checks, receipts and other documents
rnEnsure all documents are properly signed and distributed
rnVerify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)
rnMonitor financial transactions
rnEnter data and maintain updated records
rnAssist with account reconciliations
rnCommunicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
rnReport the status of accounts and discrepancies
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as a Finance Clerk
rnKnowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
rnFamiliarity with financial regulations, i.e. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
rnKnowledge of MS Office and databases
rnAttention to detail
