rnThe services of a pleasant Flight attendant is required to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, perform effectively in a team and build trust relationships with passengers.
rnResponsibilities
rnProvide information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft
rnConduct safety check before flight
rnGreet customers, check their tickets and accompany them to their seats
rnPresent emergency equipment and give instructions
rnMonitor and secure the cabin regularly
rnComply with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection
rnAssist passengers and cabin crew during emergency situations
rnProvide special help to passengers with special needs
rnSubmit analytic reports concerning flight incidents
rnRequirements
rnFluency in English, multilingual is preferred
rnMS Office knowledge
rnCustomer service-oriented
rnExcellent communication and presentation skills
rnProblem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
rnCabin crew certification or training
