JOB SUMMARY:
rnAnswer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
rnMain Job Tasks and Responsibilities
rnanswer calls and respond to emails
rnhandle customer inquiries both telephonic ally and by email
rnresearch required information using available resources
rnmanage and resolve customer complaints
rnprovide customers with product and service information
rnenter new customer information into system
rnupdate existing customer information
rnprocess orders, forms and applications
rnidentify and escalate priority issues
rnroute calls to appropriate resource
rnfollow up customer calls where necessary
rndocument all call information according to standard operating procedures
rncomplete call logs
rnproduce call reports EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: A minimum qualification in B.sc or HND in computer science or any other related field MODE OF APPLICATION:
