rnProvide fantastic customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are served.
rnCollect customer service information and determine guest satisfaction
rnResolve customer problems
rnDevelop an intimate knowledge of the hotel services, pricing, layout and events
rnPromote services and educate guests to improve their experience
rn
rnQualifications:
rnExcellent organizational and time management skills
rnPhenomenal communication skills
rnAbility to work with co-workers to quickly solve guests problems
rnPrevious experience in a related position
rnMultilingual is a plus
rnFamiliarity with common guest relationship management software
rnFlexibility
