rnThis is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in building high growth businesses from scratch, a superstar negotiator, an inspiring people manager and someone with a track record for delivering against ambitious targets.

rnIn this role, you will be required to develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales across all the company’s inspection centres
rnOversee the planning and execution of comprehensive sales program and city expansion roadmap.
rnTrain and mentor sales executives
rnDevelop and manage the company’s private buying network
rnEstablish a winning mindset in the sales team
rnCreate a sales and target driven culture
rnWork with Commercial Operations and Head of Marketing to drive consistency of approach, brand messaging and capitalize on every opportunity.
rnKey Requirements
rn
rn2-3 years’ Minimum experience in Regional/Territory sales management roles
rnExperience in High growth companies (FMCG, TELCO, E-COMMERCE)
rnExperience in managing teams in multiple locations
rnProven Record of Revenue generating strategies
rnCustomer service experience is an advantage
rnAnalytical and data driven experience
