rnResponsibilities:
rnCreates and updates job requirements for each position at the company
rnImplements a recruitment and hiring program in which to onboard new employees
rnCounsels current employees and suggests helpful changes
rnConducts all employee exit interviews
rnDevelops and conducts orientation training and programs
rnMaintains employee benefits plans and updates employees as to changes
rnEnsures legal compliance with knowledge of state and federal laws associated with the workplace
rnContributes to team often & when needed

rnQualifications:
rnCandidate must be confident and assertive
rnMust be approachable in nature
rnExcellent written and verbal communication skills
rnStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask
rnMust have the ability to handle disciplinary actions with a calm demeanor
rnCandidate must have good listening skills and a discreet manner
rnMust be able to work independently as well as with a team
