ICT Analyst Ikeja

TRIPLEX SERVICES NIG. is an organization located in Lagos, Nigeria with various branches and offices.
rnOur company is in an urgent need of an ICT Analyst that is capable of working on the busy ICT Service Desk, you will be part of a dedicated team that handles approximately 3,500 calls per month.
rnYou will resolve faults at point of contact, provide assistance and offer advice on a wide variety of computer systems and applications whilst providing a high degree of customer focus.

rnResponsibilities
rnProviding an ICT single point of contact for customers
rnDetecting, recording, classifying, prioritizing all ICT incidents and tasks
rnInvestigating and diagnosing incidents by providing telephone assistance to restore normal service on all systems
rnResolving customer queries / incidents or assign to the correct specialized team within ICT
rnMonitor and track incidents, escalating where necessary
rnLiaising with third party suppliers to resolve faults on tailored or National systems
rnInstall and configure desktop software
rnCreating/ deleting and administering staff accounts in accordance with the security policy
rnContribute to creating Service Desk process maps and assist in keeping documentation up to date
rnOther Service Desk activities, as directed, to continuously improve service and strive for best practice
rnProvide flexible working hours and on call as required
rnProvide customer-focused service managing customer expectations by keeping customers informed of progress

rnQualifications and Skills
rnExperience of working in a customer services environment
rnWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office
rnGood computer skills ( RSA 2 typing/word processing or equivalent experience )
rnExperience of working in a call center or Information technology department
