IT Project Manager - Ikeja

Support manager for the Company’s fleet tracking system across Nigeria
rnThis entails coordinating the set – up, implementation and management of the system solution (end – to – end) for all Clients in Nigeria
rn
rnThis is further broken down into the following responsibilities:
rnBe the touch point for the client to log any requirements/faults
rnProactive system management
rnManagement of offline units
rnDaily assignment of jobs to technicians across Nigeria
rnManage client relationships and expectations
rnAn ideal candidate may also be required to work on multiple briefs/projects at a time as predefined by project requirement

rnQualifications:
rn
rn Analytical skills to aid troubleshooting and analyzing client requirements
rn Ability to work with a variety of people with varying skill levels and at times under pressure
rn Ability to be self-motivating and to keep track of all aspects of project work
rn Understanding and working knowledge of IT operating Systems and networking
rn If only possessing basic knowledge, the ideal candidate should be adaptive and eager to learn new processes
rn A strong entrepreneurial spirit is at the core of our business. A quick thinker who is smart on his/her feet and able to make smart key decisions on the go are considered strong features in an ideal candidate
rn Detail oriented, self-directed, able to manage multiple projects in a fast–paced environment and under tight deadlines
rn Good Working knowledge of MS Excel is strongly required
rn A degree in an IT related field is an added plus but is not essential
rn Project Management Certification will be an advantage.
