rnNegotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
rnEnsure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
rnRequirements
rnProven working experience as a leasing consultant
rnGood knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
rnProven track record of successful sales
rnBasic understanding of MS Office
rnExquisite presentation and negotiation skills
rnCustomer-focused approach
rnBSc degree in property management or related field
