rnResponsibilities
rn
rn Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
rn Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
rn Determine all applicable rations and metrics and set up debt payment plans
rn Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
rn Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
rn Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
rn Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
rn Maintain and update account records
rn Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
rn Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
rn Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
rn Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

rnQUALIFICATION
rn1. Minimum of Bsc in the relevant field
rn2. Ability to lead a team successfully
rn3. Must be result oriented
rn4. Must have good communication skills
rn5. Working experience is an added advantage
