Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
rn Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
rn Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
rn Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
rn Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
rn Resolve any arising problems or complaints
rn Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
rn Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
rn Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
rn Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
rnRequirements
rnProven working experience as a logistics manager
rn Record of successful distribution and logistics management
rn Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
rn Proficient in standard logistics software
rn Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
rn Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
rn BSc/ HND in Business Administration, Logistics
