We are looking for a thorough maid with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities.

rnThe goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
rn
rnResponsibilities:
rnClean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
rnDeliver excellent customer service
rnCreate daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
rnMaintain equipment in good condition
rnReport on any shortages, damages or security issues
rnHandle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
rnCheck stocking levels of all consumables
rnComply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
rn
rnRequirements:
rnProven working experience in relevant field
rnAbility to work independently and remain motivated
rnHelpful with customer service orientation
rnPrioritisation and time management skills
rnProfessionalism along with speed and attention to detail
rnKnowledge of English language
rnprofessional certification will be an added advantage
rn
rnA working experience of 2 years in a related field
