rnWe are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

rnThe ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

rnResponsibilities
rn
rnOrganize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
rnSort and distribute communications in a timely manner
rnCreate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
rnSchedule and plan meetings and appointments
rnMonitor level of supplies and handle shortages
rnResolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
rnCoordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
rnMaintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
rnPerform receptionist duties when needed
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
rnKnowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
rnWorking knowledge of office equipment
rnThorough understanding of office management procedures
rnExcellent organizational and time management skills
rnAnalytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
rnExcellent written and verbal communication skills
rnProficiency in MS Office

rnMinimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) Certificate
rn
