rnWe are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organise all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.
rnResponsibilities
rn
rn Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
rn Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
rn Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
rn Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
rn Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
rn Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
rn Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
