rnManage all aspects of assigned properties
rnDesign business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
rnInspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
rnMaintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
rnNegotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
rnAdvertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
rnCollect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
rnDevelop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
rnQUALIFICATIONS
rnApplicants must possess a minimum of National Diploma/Bachelor Degree. A professional Qualification will be an added advantage.
