Responsibilities
rn Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
rnAdvertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
rnEvaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestion
rnProvide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
rnAppraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
rnPresent properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
rnDraft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
rnCoordinate property auctions or exchanges
rnGenerate and manage lists of properties for sale
rnCollaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
rnSupervise real estate agents
rnRemain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
rnRequirements
rnProven working experience as a real estate broker
rnProven track record of sales
rnAbility to work autonomously and sell effectively
rnOutstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
rnTrustworthy and results-driven
rnBasic knowledge of MS Office
