rnWe are urgently looking for competent Recruiters.
rnA recruiter’s main objective is to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions.
rnRecruiters coordinate with both the candidates and managers in order to find the right fit for the company and the position at hand.

rnResponsibilities:
rnMeets with management to determine the role, responsibilities, and experience necessary for an open role
rnBuilds applicant resources by contacting universities, employment agencies, job boards, recruitment agencies, and more
rnAttracts applicants by placing ads on job boards, websites, and social media
rnArranges meetings between applicants and managers, taking care of any boarding or travel associate with these meetings
rnManages any relocation tasks associated with a new employee including movers, housing, and introductions to the community
rnManages intern program

rnQualifications:
rnProven track record of successful recruiting
rnApplicant must have very strong people skills
rnMust have strong written and verbal communication skills
rnMust have experience and expertise in conducting several types of interview (group, phone, video, etc)
rnApplicant must have strong judgement skills
rnCandidate must have a great ability to cultivate relationships and follow up with candidates
rnMust have social media experience
